Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia said that due to the situation with coronavirus, economic growth in the republic will significantly decrease and the authorities will review the state budget.
“Changes will be made to the budget,” he said.
“We have a plan that will maintain a balance between people’s health and the potential for economic development. We are working on the details of this plan,” the prime minister said.
“We are fighting on two fronts — for health and economic development,” said the head of government. “Victory of only one of these fronts will be a waste,” Gakharia emphasized.
