Quarantine regime has been declared in the Lentekhi Municipality of Georgia due to detected cases of coronavirus, said Adviser of the Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Chikovani.
“Lentekhi district will be controlled by the forces of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Defense. Thermoscreening of the population has begun, every person will be checked. These measures have shown positive results in Bolnisi and Marneuli. All food will be provided to the municipality. The main goal of these quarantines is to stop the spread of coronavirus. All citizens should follow the recommendations to protect themselves and their loved ones”, Chikovani said.
Today four cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Lentekhi municipality. All four patients are delivered to Tbilisi today.
